We Are Hiring “Customer Service Officer”
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
Diploma Degree in any related field
One-year Experience in the same field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Excellent organizational skills
A desire to collaborate company-wide to achieve results and targets in a very transparent space
Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule with extended hours when required
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
