A reputable industrial Co in Amman- Jordan is looking for experienced candidates to fill the following vacancy
Human Resources Manager with following qualifications:
1- Minim 5- 10 years’ experience as Human Resources Manager.
2 - Excellent communications and computer skills.
3 – Excellent command in both Arabic and English languages.
4- Has ability to organize staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
5- Has ability to maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
6 – Well knowledge with labor law, social security, income tax…..etc.
