KPMG is hiring Consultant / Senior Consultant in IARCS
Roles and responsibilities:
• Identifying relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Evaluate compliance risk factors and provide advice regarding proper mitigation arrangements
• Knowledge in the process of establishing compliance program
• Define compliance policies and procedures, assure to meet the legislations, laws and regulations in company policies and procedures
• Involved in Compliance Maturity Assessment, risk and controls evaluation, internal controls testing, compliance reviews and investigations, process of re-engineering compliance function and providing value-added recommendations.
• Knowledge in Creating compliance universe/library
• Creating Risk Matrix and developing proper monitoring program
• Conduct Gap analysis, and business need analysis
• Contribute to the development of case studies, proposals, reports, etc. Ensure such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the firm.
• Contribute in reviewing client's internal control environment by performing walkthrough of related areas, identifying key controls and control deficiencies.
• Execute Compliance demands through the elaboration of a manual of internal processes, policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, business development, and practice administration
Skills & Experience
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills, good verbal communication, and relationship building.
• Well established understanding of business dynamics and operations
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
• Demonstrate “can do” attitude with fast learning ability
• Excellent command of the English language is essential
