OPTIMIZA is hiring!

We are looking to hire a Technical Support /Help Desk Team Leader with the below responsibilities and capabilities:

• Responsible for end user’s IT devices, such as PC’s, Printers, and related equipment.

• Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.

• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

• High level of knowledge with network support tools, fundamentals, and technology.

 

Requested qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or any other related field.  

• 4-5 years of experience as team leader.

• Good Command in English Language.

• Very good communication skills.
