مطلوب مديرة مكتب براتب 400 دينار

Almutakamel physical therapy is looking for a full time Office manager. We are a sports medicine office that is expanding exponentially.

Qualifications:
* recent grads with no experience are highly welcomed.
* College degree is a must. English major, psychology, finance or management are preferred.
* Outspoken, excellent communication skills, excellent social skills, good computer skills and excellent English wirtten and spoken are a must.

Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls, messages and emails.
* Schedule patients for physical therapy, exercise physiology, functional performance testing and consultations.
* Follow up on patients during treatment and after discharge. Including writing their medical, functional testing and progress reports. All reports will be provided by the in-house clinicians and you only have to type them in.
* Manage referrals of the in-house clinicians, welcome patients upon arrivals and leading them to their treatment rooms.
* Charge patients, receive payments, communicate with our accountant, log income into our online system and issue payment receipts.

Working ours, Saturday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm. Look us up on Google maps. We are located at 157 Zahran street. You can also find us on Instagram.
