International Carrier Relations Supervisor

Description

Job Brief:

Responsible for managing all aspects related to international wholesale voice business with internal and external parties in terms of capacity management, interconnection projects management, maximizing revenue from incoming traffic, and secure outgoing cost in order to achieve Umniah’s commercial target and ensuring regulatory compliance and legal obligations together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate, evaluate, and manage commercial deals with international partners
  • Produce international traffic routing plan and manage international links capacity
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal obligations for wholesale interconnect services
  • Support and provide the settlement team with cost/revenue calculations and rates checking on a monthly basis
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly traffic reports
  • Monitor the quality of voice termination and assure best quality routes
  • Liaise effectively with concerned departments within and outside the units in order to promptly and accurately address the operational, documentation, technical and billing requirements
  • Ensure that the business recovery plan covers timely and effective restoration of international voice services for effective security in the event of a disaster
Requirements

Education : Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.

Level of Experience : Advanced Experience in carriers’ relations management

  • Excellent knowledge of International gateways and international carrier’s setup classifications
  • Excellent knowledge of project management

  • Excellent command of computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Desirable
  • Good knowledge of the best practices in terms of customer experience and journey
