JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for aggressively growing our customer base.
REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLTIES:
- Receiving customers while visiting company premises.
- Fully awareness of all company products and services.
- Offer customers with company products and services.
- Always keep-up with his sales quota or exceed it.
- Stays abreast of latest sales developments and contributes to the functional strategy by applying this in the company.
- May has an input in forecasting business and market needs.
- May operate on a multi-territory basis.
- May assist in training new staff.
- Negotiate customers and try always to convince them and close deals.
- Maintains knowledge of and reports on new developments in the market place, especially with regard to accounts and prospects.
- Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and workflow.
- Ensures customer satisfaction including prompt dealing with customer’s complaints or concerns.
- Deal with difficult clients.
- Has input in gaining new accounts, and retaining current.
