Main Role
Initiating correspondence to customers to sell and promote Zain’s products and services promptly, demonstrating adequate descriptions of the advertised products and services and constantly highlighting benefits and privileges. In addition to adding sold services throughout the system based on customers’ approval.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Handling correspondences towards customers, demonstrating a full description of the offered services and products, and highlighting its benefits and privileges to promote and sell Zain’s products and services on time.
- Accomplishing sales by constantly offering various suitable preferences, desires and necessities to customers.
- Subscribing customers to free or paid services throughout the system with reference to their approval.
- Arranging meetings between customers and concerned parties from the Sales Department for different purposes.
- Obtaining customers’ information such as names, phone numbers, sex, ages...etc. from a variety of internal and external resources.
- Perceiving spotted trends in customer correspondences, criticism and system flaws, in addition to alerting responsible and related parties.
What Do You Need to Qualify
To be shortlisted for the position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:
Holding a Bachelor’s degree
