مطلوب مساعد اداري للعمل لدى شركة رائدة في الاردن

 


A Well Known Company is looking to immediately hire an "Admin Assistant" 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. 
2. 2-3 years of experience. 

Responsibilities:
1. Receive and forward all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
2. Courteously greet visitors and other clients, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person, office.
3. Organize appointments and time schedules by using Microsoft outlook;
4. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing mail is processed efficiently and according to the company’s approved procedure.
5. Typing Arabic and English formal correspondence. 
6. Follow up and organize logistics arrangements.
7. Responsible for organizing all official and personal travel related to his/her manager, and for the company’s employees with all associated arrangements according to the company’s approved procedures.
8. Assist the HR team in performing any HR duties whenever needed.  
9. Assist in Communications support. 
10. Responsible for any other related activity as requested by the direct Manager.

Knowledge and Skills 
1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
2. Multi-Tasking Person 
3. Excellent communications Skills
4. Professional Appearance 
5. Good Command in the English Language
