A financial company in Amman-Jordan is seeking a Technical Support with the following responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Making sure all desktop applications that related to internal systems, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Technical Support or similar role
• Knowledge in Credit Card Cycle and Payments industry is a plus.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification is a plus.
