Job
Summary:
Sales Manager who continually maintains a
positive attitude while interacting with demanding clients. Hardworking,
reliable, trustworthy who is able to multi-task, handle pressure, work as part
of a team and most importantly able to communicate effectively with people from
all backgrounds.
General
Duties and Responsibilities:
•
Coordinate
the organization of Almutahida within the sector of marketing events such as
open days, celebration events, ...etc.
•
Gather
information about current products on the market, competitors, and their future
activities.
•
Find
effective ways to market the company's products.
•
Developing
a pricing strategy that maximizes profit and market share but consider customer
satisfaction.
•
Sales
and lead generation efforts.
•
Manage
and support sales teams.
•
Generate
export growth.
•
Grow
customer base.
•
Grow
export sales.
•
Responsible
for creating promotions with advertising companies.
•
Understanding
and improving the budget including expenditures research, development
opportunities, return on investment and profit loss projection.
•
Assisting higher management with strategies and
analytics .
•
Working closely with head of business and general
development manager on expansion plans to keep sales prospects open Cooperating
with operation manager to insure all sales needs Directing and helping sales
team to achieve goals Handling VIP clients
•
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term
success
•
Describing products’ features and benefits to a
customer
•
Matching the customer’s needs to the right product
•
Occasionally negotiating with customers on price
•
Establishing, developing and maintaining business
relationships with current and potential customers
•
Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and
concerns
•
Gathering and reporting to the manager about our
competitor's performance, products and prices
•
Following up with financial department to achieve the
collection target
•
Improve a complete understanding of customer needs and
expectations and communicate to other departments for complete customer satisfaction.
•
Achieving sales targets
· Generate new
business using existing and potential customer networks
· Resolve
conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
· Suggest actions to improve sales
performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
·
Bachelor
Degree in Marketing & Sales or other discipline.
·
Proven
experience in PET preform industry, and similar executive role for more than 2
years.
·
Knowledge
of Middle East market.
·
Knowledge
or experience in Plastics and/or Food & Beverage Industry.
·
Problem-solving
aptitude.
·
Strong
negotiation skills.
·
Computer
literate.
·
Excellent communication skills.
·
Professional Customer Interactions.
· Excellent Time Management.
