Senior Manager Training and Development
Education:
The Head of Training and Development must have a master’s degree (Phd degree preferred) in Training & Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
Experience:
A candidate for this position will have at least 7 years in working experience in a training and development capacity, preferably working as a Senior Manager Training and Development in a large business setting.
