An International Consultancy Engineering Company with Regional Office in Amman -Jordan has Job opportunity for Assistant General Manager vacancy for its projects in Jordan and Abroad (Based Full or Part Time Employment Conditions):
Responsibilities:
· Monitoring the management of developments from concept through to completion
· Support the management of day-to-day operations of the projects
· Take ownership of specific elements of the design, sale, marketing, planning and delivery phases
· Maintaining contact with sales channels and developing B2B connections
· Organizing of Utility/services applications, display suites, council applications, sub-division requirements and other project-specific tasks for completion
· Chairing and directing the meetings with the designer, consultant and contractor.
· Liaising with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers.
· Preparing reports, analyses, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
· Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
· Reviewing and commenting on the design package.
· Ensuring quality of installation is met and monitor the quality of materials and installation.
· Following up with the progress on site.
· Reviewing the drawings and ensure the installation is as per the approved drawings.
· Reviewing the RFI's and ensure any comments do not cause delays or costs to the project.
Requirements:
· BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
· (8 to 10 years) experience in a similar position
· Excellent command of English language
· Excellent communication skills
· Good experience in the preparing tender and contract documents, Planning of Engineering Consultant projects, Technical Reports…...etc.
