Java, JEE, Struts MVC, Java Script,  Rest / Soap based Web Service – JSON/XML Web Security (OWSAP Vulnerabilities) Application Server – WebLogic / WebSphere / JBoss / Tomcat  Version Control – SVN Tool – Eclipse, Postman Logging & Debugging

Secondary Skills 

PL-SQL Programming, Oracle DB Tool – PL-SQL Developer


Current expected Role

Developer / Sr. Developer with hands on experience Priority will be given to Lending domain


Additional requirements for senior roles (above 5 years)

* Ability to lead a team

* Prioritize, assign and execute tasks 

* Review, test and debug team members’ code 

* Be able to analyze and solve problems

* Ensure best practices are followed

* Have good communication and written skills

1. Experienced in PLSQL.

2. Must be doing PLSQL coding and debugging at present.

3. Must have knowledge of PLSQL Procedure, Package, Collections, functions, triggers, Views, materialized views, cursor.

4. Candidates having 7+ years should have through knowledge in advance coding such as SQL tunning, Oracle job scheduler, oracle utility (xml, files, smtp etc), bulk collection. Team leading, efforts estimation and delivery.

5. All candidates must have hands-on experience in PLSQL Developer.

 


We Are looking for business Analyst (Banking & Lending)/ (Amman & Riyadh Branch):


requirements: 

Years of experience (2-5)and (5-8)

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business analysis, banking (esp. Lending) domain and people management skills to play a key role as functional consultant throughout the project life cycle of their assigned projects.

The Analyst will be heavily involved in planning and execution of multiple implementation projects

Participate in and/or lead requirements gathering sessions for implementation projects

Develop and own high-quality documentation throughout the duration of projects, including capturing functional requirements, system configuration, processes/workflow, test scenarios, data extracts and interface requirements, etc.

Ensure adherence to scope of the project 

Design, document and own any training material or user guides for implementation projects

Participate in data extraction/conversion exercises with the business stakeholders for projects involving data migration

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to the development team on the scope of the project

Keep a track of all the deliverables for a project and ensure maintenance of project artefacts as per the organization process

Mentor junior BAs and Testers on product, process and domain

Knowledge of Retail or Corporate Lending with proficiency in at least 2 of the following - Origination, Servicing and Collections

Knowledge of or proficiency in digital products/process related to retail/corporate lending 

Should be adept at understanding various calculation logic applicable at different processes/stages of lending

Must possess working knowledge of at least 2 of the following products – Personal Loans, Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, Education Loans 

Proficiency in Business Analysis skills and SDLC concepts

Proficiency in usage of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and flowcharting tools

Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills and stakeholder management skills

Candidates with knowledge of accounting covering the lifecycle events of Retail/Corporate lending will be preferred

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills a must - able to think through issues, and provide workable solutions, which are thought out end to end.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Must be very comfortable working on major projects involving cross functional teams across the globe and in engaging business stakeholders and internal teams as well

Must have a positive, and energetic attitude and a strong desire to provide excellence in stakeholder engagement

Education: B.Com./BBA/B.E. with post-graduation in Finance will be preferred.  However, for candidates with the right mix of experience and skillset, education will not be a constraint

 

Bank & lending is a must also above skills is a must
