Talent Acquisition Team Member


We are looking for an HR enthusiast to be part of Zain's HR and Administrative Department. You will be responsible for implementing recruitment while ensuring alignment to the overall plan to achieve Zain’s objectives, including facilitating, coordinating, and providing support in interviews in particular, and the overall recruitment process in general.

In addition to, reinforcing Zain’s reputation as the “Employer of Choice”, reinforcing talent mobility across different roles within the organization to develop and increase employee potential and encourage Zainers to drive their own future career growth, and attracting & hiring talented candidates through various recruiting channels in alignment with Zain’s strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:
  • Working closely with the hiring managers to ensure a full understanding of the requirements and expectations of the vacant jobs.
  • Managing internal and external hiring processes in compliance with Zain policies & procedures.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of channels, such as job postings on Zain's website or professional networks, while effectively targeting highly potential candidates for the vacant jobs.
  • Effectively manage the use of the applicant tracking system & hiring processes.
  • Effectively assessing applicants’ relevant qualifications, skills, and aptitudes, using standardized screening techniques.
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing competencies & qualifications to job requirements based on a consistent set of competencies.
  • Administer and submit all hiring documents for new employees to the HR Operations Team.
  • Facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Researching talent acquisition trends in the recruitment industry and recommending creative and new ways of sourcing talents.

What Do You Need to Qualify

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and writing in English
