We have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Senior Officer to support us in our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Receive all incoming materials and match with purchase orders
2. Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
3. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
4. Arrange and store materials, according to their conditions and expiry date (FIFO + FEFO)
5. Keeping expired or damaged materials in a dedicated location
6. Ensure all store requisitions are approved by department managers.
7. Deliver materials to departments according to their requests in time.
8. Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
9. Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
10. Coordinate with purchasing to assure all needed materials are available as stock
11. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports, invoices, records and withdrawals from the store are filed and stored properly.
12. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
Must-Haves:
1. Diploma or B.Sc. degree in business administration or any related subject.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control. Prefer medical stores experience.
3. Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
4. Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
5. Excellent computer skills.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Good command of Arabic and English.
8. Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials
