IT Support Specialist qualifications:
• Provide configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Company’s IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as Windows, viruses, Office, or email issues.
• Support, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Maintain all IT Support Policies and make sure that those policies are enforced.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• preferred Experience working in Help Desk systems
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Creative, analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Have a good command of English language.
• Minimum 2 years of IT Support.
• A+ certificate is a plus.
• Degree in Fields of IT.
