Consumer Marketing Retention Officer / Sr. Officer

Job Brief :

Responsible for enhancing the consumers’ experience throughout the whole customer journey, in addition to executing and coordinating the retention programs and campaigns designed to reward and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze consumer behavior to initiate action plans.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to lead the creation and preparation of new campaigns for execution according to the products launching process.
  • Launch the retention campaigns for the targeted audience on all communication channels in a timely manner and continuously search for new communication channels to ensure achieving the target.
  • Conduct A/B testing on retention campaigns, set a correction plan, and implement the needed improvements.
  • Evaluate program results and optimize as needed.
  • Report consumer retention activities KPIs on a timely manner.
  • Benchmark competitors’ retention offering.
  • Utilize market research findings to enhance related KPIs and customer experience.
  • Develop analytical models to trace and form customer behavior patterns.
  • Manage UQuiz platform.
  • Cross sell campaigns for U-Wallet to Umniah’s existing customer base.

Requirements

Education :Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Data Science or any other related field.

Level of Experience :Basic Knowledge in a related field.

Certifications & Licensure :

Desirable:
  • SPSS Certification
  • SAS related Certification
  • Data Visualization Certification
  • Data Analytics Certification

Tools & Systems:

Desirable:
  • CRM
  • Data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Data processing tools
  • Data mining
  • RTDM platforms
  • Campaign management systems 

Technical Skills & Knowledge :

Essential:
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services
  • Basic knowledge of mobile user consumption, trends, needs and expectations
  • Basic knowledge of marketing segmentation
  • Basic knowledge of consumer behavior
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good mathematical and logic reasoning skills 
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent presentation and data visualization skills
  • Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office)

Desirable:
  • Basic Knowledge of Big Data analytics
