A leading company in Saudi Arabia Seeking to recruit Maintenance Engineer
Qualified civil engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in building construction and 5 years in facility management.
Adequate knowledge in all trades;electrical,plumbing, pump stations, A/C, firefighting system.
Fluent in English (speak, read and write) and capable of issuing circulars,letters,memos., in Arabic language as well.
Good knowledge in computer and preferred working with Auto Cad.
Experience in managing several teams and working under pressure.
Knowledge in preparing budgets and implementation.
Warehouse stock management and outsourcing.
Customer service experience- dealing with customers, solving issues, and directing staff accordingly.
Dealing with day to day work flow- including on ground supervision to ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
Experience in contractual issues and preparing contracts, minutes of meetings,..
Maintain proper filing of related subjects and documents.
Coordinating staff work duties from all departments. For unit preparations, preventative maintenance, and all compound facility maintenance and repairs.
Capable of liaison with companies to get services and products pertaining to maintenance.
