A leading power generation Plant Company, based in East Sahab, is looking for the following position, the company requires qualified, dynamic and motivated people with relevant qualification and experience mentioned below:
Procurement Engineer
Brief Job Discretion
• Accountable for supplier selection,
• Responsible for the development and implementation procurement cost reduction and vendor managed inventory program.
• Handle and manage RFQ/RFP, commercial evaluations, price negotiations, PO/Contract awards and PO/Contract administration to final delivery and PO/Contract close out - Ensuring that the Company's best interest is consistently achieved
• Ensure that the procurement process is in adherence to Company and Client requirements, Company policies and procedures
• Monitor and review market conditions, price and delivery trends for project materials, equipment and works
• Support organizational goals and objectives
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or the Head of Department
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Team player with positive attitude
• Understanding of negotiation of commercial terms in awarding sales agreements to vendors
• Able to work under fast-paced environment
• Writing and Speaking English fluently (Reporting, Contract …)
• Good knowledge of tax exemption procedures
• Good knowledge of Euroone
• Experience: 0 ~2 Years
