Job Description:
- Handle customers’ interactions
- Communicate with customers’ via multiple channels
- Answer all incoming requests and address customers’ problems in a timely manner
- Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor as directed
Skills:
The minimum requirements for this position are;
- Advanced customer service skills
- Experience in solving customers problems
- Candidate must be English speaker (minimum level B2) and Arabic
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening skills) in both languages
- Excellent typing skills.
-Ability to work alternating shifts; weekends and holidays based on business needs .
