Operational manager
Job Description:
Determining the consulting projects proposed for bidding with the company's management.
Understand the contents of the specific project accurately and determine their requirements to meet them.
Preliminary identification of the work team.
Meeting the client with the participation of a number of the work team and ensuring that the project needs are accurately understood.
Understand the project's work methodology irrevocably after analyzing it quantitatively and qualitatively.
Determining and building a work team capable of implementing the target project.
Determining the period of preparing the technical offer proposal and following it up with the work team.
Supervising the final construction of the technical bid. Contribute with the work team and company management in preparing the financial offer.
Reviewing the interim and final project outputs with the work team and company management.
Skills needed for the job:
High skill in consulting work, such as research and analysis skills, a holistic view of the task, and the ability to persuade the target client.
The ability to build and manage the work scope professionally.
The ability and desire to adopt all novel concepts in the advisory work field and invest them successfully.
Ability to analyze quantitatively and descriptively then formulate results in the form of business models.
High skill in written and oral communication.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in consulting work as a team leader for five years or more.
To have worked with reputable international consulting firms for 3 years or more.
Proficiency in written English
Master's degree in Business Administration or an appropriate discipline.
