OnEx is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive that can help our organization generate sales. You'll be in charge of closing purchases and maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Update customers databases on regular basis
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Manage and prepare prospects in his/her pipeline
- Track individual sales target and support the other team members with achieving their targets
- Weekly/Monthly sales reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in biomedical engineering/ pharmaceutical or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales position preferred tele-sales
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Proven experience as sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creates monthly sales forecasts.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints .
