A leading Drug store is loony for Tenders /Administration officer:
Job Description:
• Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
• Overseeing general office operation.
• Reviewing tender documents, scope of works.
• Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.
• Coordinating internal departments for invoicing, delivery, product preparation, and delivery.
• Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Estimate the Tender Bond / Performance Bond and liaise with Finance Department for its arrangement as per the requirements of the tender.
• Ensure appropriate relations, communications and correspondence with Corporate Clients.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
• A bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Not less than 2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices/consumables, including extensive experience in governmental tenders in Jordan.
• Office management experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
