Taleen cafe needs secretary
Location:Amman-Almuqableen
Provide administrative support to ensure the
efficient operation of the office.
* Answers phone calls, sets meetings and supports visitors.
Performs administrative duties such as recording, writing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
* Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and accelerating work results.
* Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
* Offers polite and professional communications by phone, email, and mail.
* Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and opportunities for experiential growth.
* Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and technologies.
* Provides information by answering questions and requests.
* Contributes to team efforts by achieving relevant results as needed.

Education and experience requirements
Bachelor's degree and above
2-3 years administrative assistant experience
