We are hiring a Senior Human Resources Officer for our Aqaba branch.
Duties will include;
• Assist in the overall recruitment process such as, reviewing resumes, setting up interview and conduct initial candidates' screening as required
• Act as primary contact for all new employees in the branch and properly implement on-boarding process and new employees' orientation
• Handle and manage all required paperwork and documentation of employment process including employees' files
• Answer general policy and procedure questions regarding employment, benefits and payroll
• Provide Administrative support to other Departments
• Conduct administrative tasks required for the branch including; follow up with governmental entities and ensure all official papers and licenses of the branch are renewed and up to date
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all job-related matters
Skills
• Must have 4 years of HR experience in a high growth environment, preferably in a manufacturing environment; recruiting experience preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Communicate effectively and build relationships
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow up skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ensure integrity
• Proficient in both Arabic, and English
• Suitable candidates must be living in Aqaba or willing to relocate
