Job responsibility and Duties:
-Responsible an Social security
-Follow up attendance all types leaves ,vacation.
-prepare employees contract
-prepare evaluation period
-Ensure all employee transaction are completed on time on the HR system.
Job requirements :
-At least two years experience in human resource management , and social security & attendance .
-Bachelor’s Degree in human resource,public,or business administration
-Strong knowledge of HR Management
-knowledge in Sky bayan system is preferred.
-knowledge in HR functions policies and procedures.
-Experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
-good experience in reporting skills
