Beecell Jordan is looking to hire a Learning Management System
Responsibilities:
• Works with department staff to understand processes and derive needs via a needs-analysis process
• Provides operational consulting to departments in the use of the LMS to support effective business processes.
• Documents requirements, project options and cost estimates.
• Performs day-to-day functions within the LMS such as maintaining user database, assigning required learning modules, creating and uploading online modules, and maintaining system functions.
• Performs system testing for changes/updates to the LMS.
• Assists in troubleshooting LMS issues
• Documents processes or contributes to user manuals
• Provides end-user support on technical aspects of the LMS
• Responsible for the day-to-day logistical requirements of the LMS and related policies, procedures and processes
• Responsible for the auditing LMS usage, monitoring compliance, monitoring data integrity, editing data and records to ensure accuracy, and preparing and creating reports on a timely basis
• Works closely with corporate personnel to evaluate business requirements related to the use and configuration of LMS applications
• Coordinates and monitors data entry with end users and assists in end user training of LMS application
• Assists with special projects that may involve the analysis of the data within the LMS
• Works closely with unit super-users, trainers and administrative staff on entering data, pulling reports, and performing other functions in the LMS
• Tests 3rd party software and content for integration into the LMS and serves as liaison to outside vendor as LMS subject matter expert when needed
• Develops presentations on current and future plans or services. Makes product and vendor recommendations
• Acts as a software vendor liaison
• Performs other related duties as assigned Performs in special projects as assigned
