This job entails the following:
-Installing and configure computer hardware,software,
systems, networks , printers and scanners.
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
-Responding on time to service issues and requests.
-Providing technical support across the company headquarter and branches.
Setting up accounts for new users.
-Manage users,files permissions,virtual machines,
company emails and backups.
