Brand Marketing:
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
• Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
• Monitor market and consumer trends
• Develop pricing and distribution strategies
• An undergraduate degree in Marketing and/or Graphic Design
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in branding or retail marketing
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills: verbal, written, interpersonal and inter-departmental
• Highly creative with the ability to concept and design
• Thought leadership: A strong point of view; ability to contribute to the strategic development of an assignment; creative ideas and the ability to promote conceptual thinking.
• A strong ability to manage/collaborate with internal and external partners
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, provide recommendations and solutions while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in various forms of media and financial creativity in managing a budget
• Designing presentations and attention to detail
• Responsible for all advertising of the product
• Directs the marketing research and manage distribution reach
• Responsible for all above and below the line tactics
• Analytical skills
• Understanding of market trends in FMCG
• Creativity to produce innovative idea
• Ability to manage and allocate budget
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
• 5+ years' brand management or marketing experience
