Taleen Cafe For coffee machine and food industry needs to
Job Title: Information Technology.
• • Acting as first level support of receiving all end user requests, filtering.
• • Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution services.
• • Responsible to ensure day to day maintenance of network activities.
• • Service Level Management: draw up needed SLA for all requirements and service request, concerning IT Infrastructure and business application. These SLAs must be monitored and measured on a regular basis and reviewed where needed.
• • Responsible for back up all the servers in the Data center.
• • Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Local Network.
Qualifications -
• • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
• • Three years overall IT experience in educational field.
• • Experience in supporting Windows Client & servers in a corporate environment along with experience in Networking.
• • Good knowledge of monitoring and tuning of Routers and Switches.
• • Good knowledge in Network (Implementation, Administration) & NW access rules.
• • Structured, analytical and results oriented approach
• • Think proactively and to invest in a varied and enriching job.
• • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• • Proficiency in English
• • Excellent communication
