Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other relevant field.
- fluent in English
- 2-4 years experience in mobile phones .
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. New employee induction training - for product selling points and sales skills;
2. Training and support for regional guide service;
3. Customer and secondary regional tour training;
4. The station cabinet supports sales, refines the selling points of products, and forms teaching materials that can be promoted and implemented;
5. Collect mobile phone market information and timely feedback to relevant departments
6. Understand the mobile phone and be familiar with the competitive brand situation, understand the main selling point of the opponent, and do key training on the selling point
7. Understand the situation of each salesperson, formulate appropriate training methods, assess the shopping guide, and note the salesperson to solve the actual difficulties and problems encountered in the work
