Siniora Food industries P.L.C. is Looking to fill the following position in Jordan Branch : Lab Analyst
Job Summary :
performing microbiological tests, which include (APC, Coliform, E.coli, listeria. monocytes , clostridium perfringens, staph .aureus, molds and yeast, salmonella .spp, E.coli 0157:H7 ), PCR
confirmative tests for finished and raw materials which include (gram stain, inoculation….) results from records for environment tests, water tests cleaning and inspection of instruments on specific forms
records all data and results for finished products and raw materials on the logbook and excel sheet chemical tests for all finished products include ( pH, moisture, fat , protein, salt ) all lots ( nitrite, starch , ash ) depending on a weekly frequency
Location : SAHAB - KING ABDULLAH II BIN AL-HUSSIEN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in food science or any related filed
Experience :1-3 years of experience preferable in FMCG .
Type of Shift : Night Shift
Languages : Excellent command of English (Writing, Speaking, Reading).

High level of standard keeping and QA systems' compliance.
Reporting and presentation skills.
