A company specializing in logistics services (FMCG) is looking for a highly organized candidate with good qualitative ability for the position of IT Officer “Helpdesk”.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
· Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remotely)
· Setting up accounts for new users
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
· Testing new technology
· Possibly training more junior staff members
. Good knowledge of surveillance system and required maintenance
. Good knowledge of Label Barcode
. Good Knowledge of Dot Matrix Printer
Qualifications and requirements:
· Computer Science or any equivalent field.
· 1-3 years of experience
Skills:
· A technical, logical thought process
· Problem-solving skills
· An ability to stick to strict deadlines
· An ability to priorities and delegate
· A keen eye for detail
