Optimal for training and business solutions is looking to hire operation officer who will assist in the overall administrative and logistical aspects needed to coordinate the execution of the courses in terms of preparations, implementation, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure the successful delivery of the courses.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in management or any related field
• (0-2) years' experience
• Very good written and spoken English (is a must)
• Very good command of Microsoft office (is a must)
• Very good searching skills
• Very good follow up skills
• Attention to details
• Highly organized, ability to re-prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong time management skills
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
