Job Summary:
The Marketing & CRM & DND Manager will be responsible for the business development of BSTC by increasing the market share, developing a brand identity and delivering effective marketing and communications related activities and managing all activities related to dealer network development in line with BSTC’s brands global plans and strategies. He/ she will manage and maintain the activities and operations pertaining to marketing at BSTC including planning, budgeting, reviewing and approving major decisions, and coordinating activities and developing plans and strategies that ensure building a long-term relationship with the current and potential clients of the company with a focus on improving the customer experience to increase their satisfaction and retention.
