job title: logistic & Purchasing Senior Officer (Senior Level)
Company: Arab United Food (AUF)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling the Company international procurement process
-Plan the supply all over the international procurement items
-Prepare all the supply chain reports and dashboards
- responsible for the deliverables of the Logistics Activities and review the status of the shipments
- Leading new suppliers sourcing and contracting
- Receive and arrange Purchasing requests from all departments
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of experience in the same field (FMCG is preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Sciences, Business Administration or any related field
- Professional certificate in Supply Chain (preferred)
- Must have advance MS Office skills
- 1-2 years of experience using ERP system
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
