Job Description:
We’re looking for Operations Officer, with 1-2 years of experience, or a fresh graduate
who is responsible for regularly supporting daily operations and ensures the region operational activities run smoothly and efficiently, provides leadership, training and limited supervision within the region of operations, promotes business for Shift by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate personnel for new services.
About Us:
Since 2009, we have launched our product through service provider
agency, and since 2019 we have launched our digital transfers.
We’re just at the beginning of our path, we still have more excitements
to do.
About the Role:
The position of Operations Officer requires:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, business administration or any related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Excellent communicator both orally and written.
- Capability to work in high pressure and non-standard hours of work.
- Adept problem solver.
- Microsoft Office skills.
About You:
You will help distinguish our company with professionalism, best practices and deliverables that build loyalty. Among the responsibilities of the role are :
- Monitoring the daily operations cases and providing support to all
business units.
- Dealing with agent’s request within the duration and in accordance with
Shift procedure.
- Conducting surveys with agent and customer, educating and promoting
new services.
- Participating with the Operations Manager with any new technologies
and procedures that enrich SHIFT’s Operations.
- Resolving operational issues and problems.
- Reflecting the company’s image in a good manner.
Working hours:
Shifts: Evening shift or morning shift, according to the department’s needs, the day off is Sunday.
