Dada Group is now looking to hire a Chief Accountant to handle the team members in the finance department, tax issues, contracts, and all other financial activities related with the operations work within the finance department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage month and year end closing process on the accounting system.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting records.
- Review daily accounting and bank transactions.
- Review account reconciliations with clients and vendors.
- Check and analyze the work flow in the finance department to ensure effectiveness and productivity.
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Ensure an accurate and timely year-end audit.
- Train staff accountants and supervise their work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field.
- Experience in the electronics, FMCG, or any related sectors for a minimum of 9 years, including 3 years experience as the Chief Accountant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft dynamics AX.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations.
- Preferable certifications: CMA or CPA.
- Professionalism in financial reporting.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
- Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
