Job description :
The director of photography or the director of the filming site is responsible for making all practical arrangements for the filming site used in the filming of films, documentaries, programs and other media materials, both inside and outside the studio, as well as selecting the appropriate filming locations for the requirements of the work, taking into account the available budget and schedule, and supervising the application of professional safety procedures for the staff.
Job Tasks :
. Understand and interpret scripts and identify imaging needs.
. Connect with the photography and design staff, discuss business needs and present creative ideas.
. All ideas and research using resources such as the Internet and specialized website libraries.
. Visit and photograph budget-appropriate sites to assess their suitability.
