JOB TITLE: Decoration Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of a Decoration Supervisor is to manage the Decoration Department of the Store by maintaining the Decoration Standards as per the Decoration Manual and the Common Sense Guide to Handmade Stores. It is crucial to understand that Decoration and Sales are equally important in supporting Sales growth. The key is effective planning and inspirational leadership in order to promote and maintain the Brand Image of THE One through Decoration, Sales, Core Values and Local Volunteering Initiatives. Your role is to make sure you hire good people, that they are well trained and that they are flourishing. Because, when people are happy in their jobs, they provide a much higher degree of Service to their customers. Happy team members result in happy customers. Happy customers do more business with us and become brand advocates. Remember, the Better we do, the more Good we can do. This is a win-win strategy.
EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of B.A degree in interior design or Architectural Engineering
• Experience 5-7 years.
• Communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Able to work fast and multitask.
