Customer Service/Sales Support
SAKKAB BROS-Newport Trading is seeking to recruit Customer Service / Sales Support for a full time position, as per the following qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or other related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Create Quotations for the sales Team
- Place or cancel orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Good Computer skills
- A high level of communication skills
- A good level of English language
