· Lead, organize, supervise and evaluate the assigned team

Position requirements;
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as Contact Center Supervisor.
· Excellent leadership and influencing skills
· Depth knowledge in Contact Center KPI’s.
· Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English languages
