We are Looking for Call Center Agent in Our Branch in Jordan. 
 
Role and responsibilities: 
-Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
-Follow communication scripts when answering customer’s calls. 
-Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide prober solutions.
-Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of the caller’s request. 
-Handle volume of outbound calls and blind appointments requested by team leader.
-Arrange customer’s appointments by following communication scripts. 
- Confirm client information, comments/requests upon delivery arrangements based on customer’s availability and update it on the system. 
- Meet daily personal/team targets, and achieve all service, productivity and quality objectives.
 
Education: 
Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, Logistics or any related field 
Experience 
0-2 years of experience in the same field.
Technical Competencies 
-Technological acumen and Job Knowledge 
-Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge
-Bilingual “ Arabic , English “
