Medical representative

Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Dr.

- 1-3 Years’ experience as a medical representative.

-organization and planning.

-Based in Amman or Zarqa'a.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Good command of English.

-Owns a car.

Responsibilities


-A regular visit to the Health Care Providers like (Physician, Pharmacist ……etc.

-Generate Prescriptions from the Health care providers

-Ensure that the Prescriptions are written by the health care providers.

-Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and annual reporting to the direct manager.

-Work within the team.

-Forecasting the expected sales and reporting it Monthly, per quarter, and yearly.

-Attend meetings with the team and the direct manager.

- Discipline to the working hours.

-Stick to the general instructions of the company.

-Ensure that the right massage of the product is delivered to the health care providers.

-Give feedback about the market, Health care providers or any issue in the market to the Company.

- Make a connection with the health care Providers.

-organizing appointments and meetings with the new community- and hospital-based healthcare providers.

-Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

-keep up to date with the latest clinical data, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with -healthcare providers during presentations

-to stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.

-Analyze market trends and conditions to understand where opportunities for networking and business-building may arise.

-Be a regular part of medicine-related events and take advantage of networking opportunities.

- To meet or exceed sales targets (Sales Growth/market share gain) within specified timescales.

-To achieve QTQ targets, including daily call, coverage, and frequency targets (quantity & Quality) through face-to-face meetings and deliver agreed on customer-centric activities within the operating budget.

-Work closely with his first-line manager during ongoing coaching and counseling through regular field visits

-Adhere to and ensure company compliance.
