Petra Trading & Investment Co. is looking for a Unit Manager/HFS to join Sales team as below:
Job Purpose:
Lead Sales supervisors and follow-up their sales activities, ensuring their accomplishment to daily and monthly sales targets, develop their sales skills and direct them, coach them to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development plans to increase number of customers, in addition to improving productivity and distribution, Work on achieve the unit’s monthly and annual sales objectives.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Experience:
At least 8 years of experience, 4 of which as Unit Manager/HFS.
Skills:
- Problem Solving & Handling Complaints Techniques.
- Selling Skills.
- Financial Management & Budgeting.
- Report Writing Skills.
