Azadea Business Services Center (Amman/Jordan) is looking for a "Senior Stock Management Officer" with the following qualifications:

- BSc in Industrial Engineering.
- Min 6 years of experience in supply chain field.
- Experience in team management.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Description:
The Senior Stock Management Officer will be responsible for:

*Ensure proper definition of margins, overhead charges and retail variances by brand in compliance with each franchise agreement and company policies and procedures.
*Ensure that cost of goods sold recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
*Identify, initiate and lead continuous processes improvement projects to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
*Identify, set & monitor the key performance indicators of stock management processes.
*Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internal SLA’s and by following up on requests in a timely manner.
*Ensure proper implementation of stock management policies/procedures such as change of season, change of price, credit/debit note, and that they are recorded in an accurate and timely manner.
*Initiate & document standard operating procedures for all processes & brands profile documentation.
*Hire, train & coach team members, provide constructive feedback and performance evaluation.
*Ensure accuracy of relevant information by identifying, investigating and rectifying routine errors and anomalies in input data in the ERP system.
