OPTIMIZA is hiring!
We are looking to hire "IT Expert" with the below responsibilities and capabilities:
· Good knowledge with project management, Anti-Virus and malware, remote administration and remote patching tools e.g. (SCCM & WSUS,etc.)
· Have needed experience in technical support e.g (A+, OS installation, Office 365 suite, Asset management, Active Directory) , Certification will be plus
· Follow active Directory Administration Tasks (create domain user, create a mailing group, move users to OUs……. etc), and add in Tiger tool
· Install and configure client softwares e.g. on prim MS products, along with the cloud version , Autocad , …etc )
· Collaboration Tools (video conference tools ) & Meeting Rooms
· Study /provide comparisons / analyze features for any new solutions for media and video conference tools (collaborative tools and it’s all related media devices)
·Knowledge for configuring conference devices such as ( Logitech , cisco , …etc)
· Expert knowledge in media and video conference tools e.g. (MS-teams, WebEx, zoom, ...etc)
Requested qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other related field
· 5-8 years of experience in the same field
· Attention to details and good problem-solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Very good written and verbal communication
· Very good Command in English Language.
