A well established group in Jordan, is looking for ERP Officer Technical Support to join the team.
. Bachelors degree in Business Information Tech / Business Information System or any Field related.
. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in systems administration.
. Arabic & English languages literacy.
. Provide full support to ERP system users in the Group.
. Understand all the policies and procedures in the Group and its subsidies to ensure the highest efficiency of implementation.
. Receive any requirements from end users and ensure solving the issues.
. Responsible for adding and deleting authorities on the systems based on the approved authorities and responsibilities matrix.
. Follow up on systems updates
. Train users on using the systems .
