Agrimatco Ltd, a unique international agricultural distribution company, starts searching for a Female Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join our family in Jordan.


Agrimatco Ltd operates in 49 countries. Our areas of activity include distribution of crop protection, specialty fertilizers, seeds, veterinary products, agricultural machineries & tools as well as public health products.


Tasks include: 

  • Organize and prioritize tasks along with the board working schedule. 
  • Support board members with their personal, international business and daily operations. 
  • Manage the office team of (driver, receptionist, accountant, office girl and gardener) to ensure smooth workflow. 
  • Follow up with managers and units on tasks and requirements. 
  • Coordinate schedule, travels and appointments of board members. 
  • Prepare for events and business invitations by the board members. 
  • Manage office supplies inventory. 
  • Responsible for property maintenance and renovation work. 
  • Prepare and handle company newsletter 
  • Solve & anticipate issues and take the initiative. 
  • Prepare and attend to holiday greetings and annual gifts to clients and stakeholders. 


Requirements:

  • Proficient in English with BA degree in any field
  • 3 years of related experience.
